At HighEndZonee, we are dedicated to delivering your POD (Print on Demand) T-shirts in a fast, reliable, and secure manner. We understand the excitement of receiving your custom-designed T-shirt and we work hard to ensure that your order is processed quickly. Please review the following details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and other important information.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed with HighEndZonee will be processed within 2 to 4 business days from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is handled and packed with care, but please allow this processing time for handling.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure that your order is processed on the same day, please place it before our cut-off time at 9:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 9:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is processed, we estimate delivery to take 7 to 15 business days. The delivery window is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will always strive to meet our estimated delivery window, but delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping fees based on the total value of your order:

Orders over $199: Free Shipping

Orders under $199: A shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied.
Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after the package is dispatched.
Shipping Areas
Currently, we offer shipping only within the United States. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We cannot process orders for shipping to international destinations, military addresses (APO/FPO), P.O. Boxes, or U.S. territories.
Taxes and Duties
Sales tax of 5% will be charged on all orders. This will be automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout.
Delivery Problems
In the rare case that there is an issue with your delivery (such as a delay or incorrect address), please contact us immediately at contact@highendzonee.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If there are delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist in tracking the package. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping all of our POD T-shirts. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or missing items, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Handling Charges
We do not charge any additional handling fees. The shipping fees listed above include all costs associated with processing and handling your order. The only charges applied at checkout are the shipping fee and applicable taxes.
