Limitations of Liability

Under the DMCA, HighEndZonee is not liable for any infringing content posted by users, provided that we act promptly upon receiving a valid notice of infringement. Once we receive a proper DMCA notice, we will take appropriate actions to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Important Notes

  • No Tolerance for Abuse: Any DMCA takedown notice that is submitted in bad faith or is fraudulent may result in legal action.
  • Repeat Infringers: In accordance with the DMCA, HighEndZonee will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
