Our order processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Once your order is processed, delivery takes an additional 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $199, a shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your item is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process.

For exchanges, you can swap your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
