1. What is a POD T-shirt?
A POD T-shirt (Print on Demand T-shirt) is a custom-designed shirt that is printed only after you place an order. This means each T-shirt is made specifically for you, based on your design or choice of design from our collection. We use state-of-the-art printing technology to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with HighEndZonee is simple:

Choose your preferred payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

Enter your shipping details and confirm your order.
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

4. Is my payment secure?
Yes, absolutely! We take the security of your payment seriously. We use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) through Let’s Encrypt to ensure that your sensitive information is fully protected during the transaction process. Additionally, our payment gateways, PayPal and Stripe, are trusted globally and comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) to offer maximum security.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, we process it within 2-4 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you can expect delivery to take between 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can track the progress of your delivery.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $199. For orders under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will apply. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is in progress. However, if you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately at contact@highendzonee.com. If the order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to make the change or cancel it.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated after the item is dispatched.
9. Can I exchange my POD T-shirt?
Yes, we accept exchanges for T-shirts within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is in unused, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. If you want to exchange your T-shirt for a different size, color, or design, simply contact us at contact@highendzonee.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
10. What should I do if my item is damaged or lost during shipping?
If your T-shirt arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and pictures of the damaged item (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to process international orders at this time, including shipping to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO).
12. How much tax will I be charged?
Sales tax of 5% will be applied to all orders, which will be calculated and added to your total at checkout. The applicable tax amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
