At HighEndZonee, we are committed to offering you high-quality Print on Demand (POD) T-shirts that are uniquely designed to meet your style. While we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy below, designed to make your return process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all POD T-shirts purchased from HighEndZonee within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Please Note: Since all our POD T-shirts are made to order, personalized or custom-designed products (such as shirts with your own design or unique graphics) are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or mistake on our part during production.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Returning or exchanging your POD T-shirt is a simple process. Follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@highendzonee.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with the return address.

Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Make sure the T-shirt is unused, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Shipping: Send your return to the address provided with the RA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed, please make sure the following conditions are met:

The POD T-shirt must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

You must provide the Return Authorization when sending your item back.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of POD products, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Custom or personalized items (as they are made to order based on your specific design or requests).

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, if you receive a damaged or defective POD T-shirt, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at contact@highendzonee.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide clear photos of the damage or defect. We will guide you through the return process and promptly resolve the issue.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your POD T-shirt for a different size, color, or design, we allow exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply follow the return process, and once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the exchange item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Important: If you are requesting an exchange for a different size or color, please make sure the returned item meets the eligibility criteria (unused, unwashed, and with the original tags).
Reason for Return
When requesting a return or exchange, please provide the reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and customer service. Your reason for return is confidential and will not affect the approval of your request.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@highendzonee.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item once it arrives, as long as it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned POD T-shirt, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund Method and Original Payment
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you used PayPal, the refund will be issued to your account.
